Tow Woman of the Year Announced
Marci Gratzianna was awarded the 2009 Tow Woman of the Year. Marci and her husband, Bill, own and operate O’Hare Towing in Chicago, IL.

Marci currently serves as the 1st vice president of WTRAA. She is a WTRAA education foundation representative and the TRAA chair for the education foundation. She has been involved in the safety committee in developing the “Dress for Success” video. She is a member of the PTROI and has served on their education committee, bylaws committee and the convention committee. In 2009 she was awarded the “Big Ed Award” at the PTROI convention, which is the highest honor available to Illinois members.

Marci is also the mom of 4 daughters – Amanda, Katie, Abby and Bella. She is always willing and able to help women in the towing industry. She has a “can do” attitude and never says” no”.

We are very proud to award this honor to Marci Gratzianna.

WTRAA has gone ONLINE!
We are now offering our quarterly newsletter online. If you would like to receive your newsletter via email please contact Michelle Topel and she will add your name to her list of email recipients.

Michelle has been busy setting up a WTRAA group site. wtraa.groupsite.com  It is our own website that allows us to post information and discussions along with a calendar showing birthdays, anniversaries, upcoming meeting dates as well as other important dates.  The sign up is free so check it out.  If you have any questions please contact Michelle Topel.

WTRAA Spring Meeting
The next WTRAA meeting will be held during the Legislative & Leadership Conference in Washington, DC.  Our luncheon meeting will be March 11, 2010 at the Crystal City Marriott Bistro from 12:00 – 1:00.  Hope to see you there.

PWOF Show
WTRAA ladies have once again been invited to attend the women’s luncheon that will be held during the PWOF show in Orlando.  The exact time and location will be announced at a later date.
